My name is Kashla Contros but please call me Bennu. I was blessed to receive that name from my Shaman Elder amidst the beautiful Rock of Destiny in Chimney Rock NC. I've been on a spiritual journey for over 4 years. My Career began in Finance where I spent 10 years serving and helping others. Thousands of happy clients later my soul still felt depleted. It was time for a change. My awakening process first led me to Holistic Secrets School Of Reiki where I studied to become a Reiki Practitioner.

My Spirit
My Spirit then led me to the Sacred Woman Program By Queen Afua. During the course of my studies with Queen Afua I was Guided by Spirit to Chimney Rock North Carolina to Native Heart Retreat where I began my studies as a Modern Urban Shaman Woman with Rev. Dr. Sheryl Gustafson who gave me the name Bennu which means rebirth, renewal transformation, and magic. Rev. Dr. Sheryl helped me to Rewrite my Life script and helped me on a deeper dive in my healing journey to cord cutting and crystal healing therapy. She became my spiritual Teacher and guide in a deeper and more profound healing experience that changed my life.

After completion of The Rights Of Passage as a Sacred Woman with Queen Afua I ascended in the Gateway of Sacred Time and am now Sacred Woman alumni. My Heart led me back to the mountains of NC to Visit Sacred Living Spiritual Center and Interfaith Ministries to become an Interfaith Minister and I am currently studying to receive my Doctorate in Energy Medicine. I am also currently enrolled in the University of Immortal Sciences also known as J.E.W.E.L. University Justifiably Enchanted with Enlightened Living (J.E.W.E.L.) with Dr. Jewel Pookrum, MD, PHD, MFS JUIS Chancellor where we Learn how to use sacred geometry to synchronize the logical left and creative right sides of the brain, allowing them to work together with what we term “full brain functionality”.
I am A Sacred Woman.
I am a Holistic Health practitioner. I am a Minister. I am a Modern Urban Shaman Woman. I am the founder of Limitless Healing Ministries, a Private Membership Association which offers the Gateway to Ultimate Healing. I am the Creatress of Our Sisters Circle which focuses on the Healing of the divine feminine mind, body, and spirit. I am adept at performing various Healing Modalities and Ceremonies and I serve as an officiant Through Sacred Living Center and Interfaith Ministries. I am a leader of the New Earth and I advocate for the advancement of humanity and the expansion of the collective consciousness (I am Still a student of life)
I have always been intuitive, able to offer guidance and insight. My Spiritual Journey has lifted the veil and I am Grateful to share my many gifts and talents with the world while being the Light that I am.
