Our self-care subscription box is designed to help you cultivate a daily practice of devotional wellness. Here are some common questions we receive:- What is included in the subscription box?Our subscription box includes a carefully curated selection of products focused on self-care, such as aromatherapy candles, bath salts, and skincare products.- How often will I receive my box?You will receive a box once a month, delivered right to your doorstep.- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website and selecting the cancel option.

FREE TO JOIN

  • After you book your first session?
    After you book your first session, please expect an email from us within 12-24 hours that contains a coupon code you can use on the Scheduling system.
  • If you’ve booked the Gold Package?
    For example, if you’ve booked the Gold Package, we will be sending you a coupon code that takes 100% off the booking fee for 2-Hour sessions which can be used for 4 times.
  • Sessions left?
    (SINCE YOU ONLY HAVE (4) 2-HOUR SESSIONS LEFT AS YOU’VE ALREADY BOOKED THE FIRST ONE WHEN PURCHASING THIS PACKAGE). Once you’ve received it, go back to the Book a Session page, and click on “Schedule Your Appointment” to start scheduling out your other sessions.
  • Service duration?
    Make sure to choose the Basic 2 hour service duration option and enter your coupon code on the screen where it asks for the code to book your session for free.
  • Book your next session?
    When you’re ready to book your next session, just repeat the process described here. NOTE: PLEASE LOG IN TO THE ACCOUNT YOU USED TO BOOK THE FIRST SESSION AS THE CODES CAN ONLY BE USED BY THAT ACCOUNT IN SCHEDULING THE REMAINING SESSIONS.
  • Preparation for the session?
    Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, drink lots of water, bring a sleep eye mask for complete darkness, headphones to play your favorite meditation music, a blanket for coziness, and turn off your cell phone.
  • What should I do when I am in the room?
    Once granted access to EES, You're in an active Meditation Zone, No Shoes, No Cell Phone or Electronic Devices. You may bring an eye mask and a blanket for increased state of Comfort.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
